2 cups sliced banana
2 cups orange juice
1 1/2 cups dinosaur or curly leaf kale (tightly packed)
1/4 cup parsley (lightly packed)
1/4 cup cilantro (lightly packed)
1/4 cup mint leaves (lightly packed)
Steps to Make It
1. Gather the ingredients.
2. Blend all of the ingredients together for 10 to 20 seconds or until the greens have completely blended in.
3. You may need to add a little bit more or less of the liquid in order to get everything moving and incorporated, and, if you prefer a colder drink, add a couple of ice cubes into the mix as well.
4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
